During this workshop you will learn a new method of problem solving to add to your toolbox. You will gain insight into more strategic and positive ways to approach problems and improve your consequential thinking skills. This is a very interactive workshop that will cover how to use the SODAS method at work, home, in personal and professional relationships. As a result of this workshop, you will also be able to add instrumental problem-solving skills and experience to your CV/Resume.
To get the most of this workshop you are welcome to come with an idea of a problem you would like new and creative ways to tackle.
Led by: Tracy Tuffey
Tracy Tuffey is a Professor Emerita of Clinical Psychology with over 20 years of experience teaching undergrad, graduate and adult education. She has held several leadership positions and owns her own private therapy and consulting practice. Tracy’s expertise ranges from conflict management solutions, grief counseling, stress and anxiety management, Christian and spiritual counseling, marriage and family counseling, mediation and much more.
Tracy is a certified Life Coach and trainer who founded the Life Coaching program at a local university. She provides supervision and consultation to other Life Coaches and Counselors. She enjoys working with adult clients in executive coaching, career coaching, professional development, and solution focused therapy. She also has a proven track record of mentoring a diverse range of clients and helping them achieve personal goals.
