Leading Teams to Make Strong Decisions and Solve Tricky Problems

Decision making and problem solving is complicated in teams. In this interactive session, we will discover how individual contributors can shift into a teamwork mindset in order to produce at a high level. Principles of teamwork, stages of group formation, groupthink, and problem solving models will be reviewed. This session is designed for anyone who works on a team and especially those who are influential on a team (e.g., supervisor, technical lead).
